Do you have problems sleeping at night? I remember when I had insomnia. That was a long time ago, but I got over it. I think it is important that people make their bedrooms as simple as possible. Isn’t the bedroom’s basic purpose for sleep? So, when you fill it with distractions, it’s not very conducive.

I think now that everyone pretty much has a cell phone, some person or another might find this useful. It’s about cell phones and water. You know they don’t mix. Sometimes, you’re a bit clumsy and you drop it in the water. Sometimes, you’re very clumsy and you drop it in the toilet. Hopefully, it’s clean.
